Game planning
Plan tennis around real schedules.
Set one time and court when the plan is clear, or share options while people compare schedules. Invite RallyUp players or bring a friend into a game by guest link, then keep the plan and conversation together.
Exact when ready, flexible when not
Post an exact time and court when everyone already knows what works. When schedules are still open, offer a window on one date or separate options for other dates and courts. Each option keeps its own time and court choices.
Bring a friend into the game
For a game still accepting players, the organizer can share a guest link. A friend enters a name—no account needed—to share availability, propose or confirm a plan, and use that game’s chat.
Turn availability into an agreed plan
Players can narrow the options to the times they can make. The organizer can then propose one exact time and court; the other current players confirm that plan before it is settled. If plans change, players make a fresh agreement.
Check the plan’s court and weather context
For supported courts, signed-in organizers and players can see the forecast and recent rainfall alongside a confirmed plan, including when the information was checked. Stale or unavailable reports are labeled; a forecast is not a report from the court.
Game details can also show a public schedule notice when one applies to the recorded time window, with a link to the facility’s schedule. Choosing a court does not reserve it.
