1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use RallyUp. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Community conduct and user-generated content (Zero Tolerance Policy)

RallyUp is designed to help tennis players connect, organize matches, and coordinate play in a respectful, welcoming community. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree that you will not post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or constitutes bullying or stalking.
• Contains hate speech or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent.
• Promotes illegal acts, substance abuse, or self-harm.
• Constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, automated messaging, or deceptive coordination.
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or organization.

3. Reporting and blocking abusive users

To protect our community, RallyUp provides built-in tools for members to report objectionable material and block abusive users:

• Reporting: You can report any message, player profile, or game proposal directly within the app using the report affordance. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
• Blocking: You can block any player directly from chat messages. Blocking immediately hides their messages from your screen and suppresses incoming notifications from them.

4. Content removal, suspension, and termination

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our community standards. Accounts engaging in harassment, abuse, objectionable content distribution, or repeated violations will be subject to immediate content removal, formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without prior notice.

5. Privacy and data

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using RallyUp, you acknowledge and agree to our data handling practices.
