Delete your account
Leave RallyUp and remove your personal account data.
What deletion means
- Your sign-in account, profile, contact details, saved preferences, memberships, chat messages, invitations and push registrations are removed from the live service.
- Games and matches you created are deleted, including their shared chat and records. Let your players know first if they are still planning to play.
- Groups with other members remain. If you own a group, ownership passes to an administrator or another member; a group with nobody else is archived. Your authorship is removed, and groups you created have their name and description cleared.

Live account deletion completes when the success message appears. If confirmation does not appear, sign in again to check your account before retrying. Apple-linked accounts require successful Apple authorization revocation first.
Other players' games, results and messages may remain without your account participation. Games and matches already underway that you are playing in are canceled when you delete your account. People may have copied content or received emails or notifications already; deletion cannot recall those copies. Unlinked device installation records remain to prevent stale push registrations.
Backups and service-provider security or diagnostic logs are not erased by this action. Their retention periods depend on the provider and its configured settings. Contact us for details about retained information.
